Imagine waking up with breakfast waiting for you in the kitchen! We'll take good care of you at Rose Hill Bed and Breakfast! Parties, Meetings, Weddings, Trail Rides: Please call for rates. Horse stalls and open pasture available. Reservations: Advance reservations are requested. On occasion we might have an immediate vacancy... so don't hesitate to call when last minute plans bring you to our area. Deposit amount required (The full amount or $400, whichever is less). Rates subject to occupancy. Rates: State and local taxes may apply. The Rose Hill Ranch B&B is a two story log cabin house. Choice 1 – Downstairs Only $155: Full kitchen, Queen Sleeper Sofa, Master with two double beds, one full bath, one half bath. ($155 Double Occupancy; $20 each additional person) Choice 2 – Full House Rental $225: Upstairs – one bedroom with two twin beds and one bedroom with queen bed and rollaway, full size bath. |

Reservations and Cancellation Policy: Reservations are recommended. Advance deposit in the amount of one night's stay is required with the reservation. Personal checks and credit cards are accepted. Rates subject to change. Cancellation Policy: A $15.00 cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations. A $50.00 non refundable fee will be charged for cancellations made within one week of arrival. If a cancellation is made on the same day of arrival, we must charge the first night's rate. Weekends and Holidays: Two night minimum on weekends and three night minimum on holidays, please. Our Policy regarding smoking: Smoking is not permitted indoors. Our policy regarding pets: Pets are welcome to stay outside at Rose Hill Ranch B&B. We have two large kennels. Pets are not allowed inside. We charge a one time (not daily) fee of $15 per animal. Guests are expected to remove any pet waste from yard and kennels. Guests are responsible for the cost of any damages caused by their pets. Please ask us about our horse accommodations, too. Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are welcome. |
